JDE EDI Consultant

Job Summary

Working fully remote on a 6-month contract basis, the JDE EDI Consultant will implement and support JD EDI, Distribution, and Inventory modules while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance order management, planning, shipping, and manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-volume EDI processing and develop functional specifications, assisting with customizations and troubleshooting within JDE modules
• Facilitate integrations between JDE and other ERP modules, ensuring proper data flow and performing data migrations
• Design and develop test scripts, conduct system testing, and oversee ASN management and packaging labels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working with JDE, specifically in Manufacturing and Sales Order Management
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, configuration, debugging, and troubleshooting within JDE
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data integrations, and business processes, along with experience in implementation and upgrade projects
• Expertise in JDE reporting tools like OneView or UBE and familiarity with high-volume supply chains
