Jenzabar Functional Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jenzabar Functional Analyst to provide functional support to colleges and universities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and support for Jenzabar systems to client institutions
• Assist in the implementation and upgrade of Jenzabar modules, ensuring seamless transitions
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for Jenzabar users, ensuring effective use of the system's features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience working with Jenzabar systems, including functional support and implementations
• Strong knowledge of Jenzabar modules, including student information systems and reporting tools
• Experience working in higher education, particularly with small to mid-sized institutions, is preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a remote environment
