Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jews of Color Caucus Organizer to build a multigenerational, multi-racial Jewish climate movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and foster a community of Jews of Color focused on climate action through various programs and campaigns
• Develop and implement a long-term strategic plan for the caucus in collaboration with members
• Host regular virtual and potential in-person gatherings for caucus members and promote the caucus externally

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build and foster a new community
• Organizing experience, including strategic planning and recruitment
• Experience working with Jews of Color communities
• Ability to navigate and foster a diverse community
• Experience in organizing a caucus space preferred
