Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jira Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define business requirements, resolve issues, and enhance system performance
  • Design and deploy new services and enhancements to existing systems
  • Provide 24x7 hardware and software support, lead deployment projects, and identify vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of IT experience in Operations, Service, or Support
  • Strong Jira Software and Jira Service Desk experience
  • Ability to think strategically and lead, with advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Confluence and enterprise ticketing solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
