Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jira Administrator to support its Security Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct requirement gathering sessions for ticketing system improvements and customizations
Assist in the planning, design, testing, and implementation of code changes within the ticket system
Integrate Jira with other systems and provide subject matter expertise on Atlassian tools

Required Qualifications

Minimum six (6) years of IT experience
At least two (2) years of experience in a SOC type operation
Thorough knowledge of the entire Jira stack, including middleware and database
BS Degree or equivalent work experience
Strong Linux administration skills and general AWS knowledge
