Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer- JIRA Admin.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and support the Jira project management platform
Manage Jira projects and workflows, including user access and integrations with other tools
Generate custom reports and dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
3+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 5+ years without a degree
2+ years of experience administering and configuring Jira in an enterprise environment
Experience with Atlassian tools and automation or scripting
No specific certification required, but Atlassian Jira certifications are preferred
