Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Jira Administrator for a long-term contract position that can be performed remotely, responsible for managing and advancing the Atlassian platform portfolio, including Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management, while ensuring scalability and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Jira workflows, screens, and fields to optimize enterprise usage
• Manage user access, roles, and compliance across Atlassian products
• Build integrations and develop automation solutions using APIs and scripting languages

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 4 years in Atlassian platform administration
• Strong expertise in Jira Administration, Jira Service Management, and Jira Product Discovery
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with REST API integration and cloud migration projects
• Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting preferred
