Jira Administrator
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Jira Administrator, the ideal candidate will manage the transition to an outcome-based planning system within Jira, lead a Planning Center of Excellence, and design strategic models for product outcomes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Planning Center of Excellence, providing hands-on training and documentation for teams adopting the new planning model
- Assess and validate the current Jira Premium hierarchy and workflows while designing a model for strategic objectives and outcomes
- Establish the quarterly outcome-based planning operating model, including approvals, capacity/time-boxing, and reporting patterns
Required Qualifications
- Deep hands-on expertise with Jira Cloud Premium and Advanced Roadmaps/Plans
- Strong current expertise with Atlassian Goals and practical experience with Jira Product Discovery
- Experience designing Jira hierarchy models for complex product organizations
- Proven track record of transitioning organizations to outcome-based planning
- Strong understanding of Jira workflows, boards, and reporting
