Jira Align Platform Administrator

Job Summary

To support agile transformation efforts, the contract-to-hire Jira Align & Agile Platform Administrator will work remotely to manage the administration of Jira, Jira Align, and Miro, ensuring alignment with governance standards and operational needs while providing user support and developing tooling solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in Agile Council sessions to gather stakeholder input on process gaps and pain points
• Assess and prioritize opportunities, translating them into practical tooling solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem
• Document current-state and future-state processes, converting stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5+ years of experience with the Atlassian platform, including Jira and Jira Align
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills with the ability to identify pain points and translate business needs into requirements
• Proven ability to design, implement, and scale enterprise-ready solutions
• Demonstrated experience in scaled agile practices
