Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jira Configuration Expert & Agile Standards Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement Agile standards, playbooks, and best practices across teams
• Serve as the primary Jira configuration expert, owning workflows, roadmaps, and dashboards
• Create and manage reporting dashboards to communicate progress, risks, and blockers to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to define and implement Agile standards across multiple teams
• Strong experience operationalizing Agile practices within Jira
• Hands-on expertise with Jira configuration, workflows, and automation tools
• Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive visibility
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain CAC
