Jira Consultant
Job Summary
To optimize an enterprise Atlassian environment, the 90-day contract Jira Consultant will assess the current Jira Service Management platform, recommend strategic enhancements, and implement solutions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Jira and Jira Service Management environment
- Identify opportunities to improve platform configuration, workflows, automation, governance, and reporting
- Develop and present recommendations and a prioritized roadmap for platform optimization
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise Jira administration and consulting experience
- Deep expertise with Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Experience assessing, designing, and optimizing Jira environments
- Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL best practices
- Experience with workflow design, automation, reporting, and platform governance
