JIRA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a JIRA Engineer who will manage, configure, and optimize the Atlassian Jira platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows, dashboards, and reports to align with organizational needs
• Integrate Jira with third-party tools and systems to streamline project management processes
• Perform system administration, upgrades, and troubleshoot technical issues related to Jira

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SQL-based systems
• In-depth knowledge of Jira administration, workflow configuration, and JQL
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Familiarity with cloud concepts (e.g., Azure, AWS) and application performance tuning
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing requirements
