Jira Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jira Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program-level Jira and Confluence instances, including requirements and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage development tasks and ensure adherence to governance standards
• Conduct training sessions and facilitate executive-level meetings to promote Jira tool adoption

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience with Jira project setup, reporting, and dashboarding
• Project management experience with optimization of business processes
• Expert-level experience with Kanban boards and team management
• Experience in a VA/VHA or health organization, particularly with EHR platforms
• 10 years of experience with Jira and Confluence certifications
