Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Guide clients through a structured 90-day, 10-session coaching journey
Support clients with resume rewrites, LinkedIn updates, and interview preparation
Participate in community learning sessions and contribute to coaching tools and processes

Required Qualifications

Experience in coaching or guiding others through career transitions
Comfort with technology, including Google Meet, Slack, and Docs
Availability for bi-weekly capability calls
Interest in AI and building people-first transitions
A four-year college degree is preferred
