Job Summary

A company is looking for a Job Set Up Specialist to provide administrative and operational support for HVAC, refrigeration, and construction installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project documentation and assist with scheduling and tracking job progress
  • Manage data differences and maintain accurate project files, contracts, and correspondence
  • Compile closeout documents and provide administrative support for project meetings
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction, HVAC, or refrigeration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with HVAC, refrigeration, or construction industry terminology and processes
  • Experience with project management or ERP software (e.g., GP3, GP1)
