Job Summary
Managing utility pole attachments and outside plant data, the contract Joint Use Analyst will work remotely, utilizing IKE Office Pro for processing field data, running structural calculations, and handling third-party attachment permits while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct make-ready analysis to evaluate pole structures, attachment applications, and engineering designs
- Perform pole loading calculations using IKE Pole Foreman to assess structural integrity
- Automate project tracking and client deliverables through IKE Insight and coordinate with internal teams to resolve conflicts
Required qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and IKE Office Pro; familiarity with IKE PoleForeman/OCALC is a plus
- Strong understanding of National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and joint-use agreement frameworks
- Experience managing asset records and GIS data in a cloud-based environment
- Proven ability to self-manage workflow and meet project deadlines
- Proficient in using Teams for communication and providing daily progress updates
