Job Summary
Leading a diverse team of engineers and contractors, the full-time Supervisor, Joint Use Construction will oversee the management of joint use infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational metrics while representing the company in public forums.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team to ensure performance metrics and accountability are met
- Oversee joint use infrastructure maintenance and compliance with NESC and local permitting requirements
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and utility partners, negotiating joint use agreements and tracking compliance
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of three years' experience in joint use, Outside Plant (OSP) construction, or utility coordination
- At least one year of experience leading teams or contractors
- Working knowledge of National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) standards and local permitting processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Excel
