Job Summary
A company is looking for a Joint Use Coordinator to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer work order activities including scheduling, procurement, and reconciliation
- Coordinate workflow between Planning, Engineering, and Drafting functions
- Monitor project progress and quality of work performed, acting as a contact point for vendors
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Sitetracker and knowledge of permit workflows
- Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience leading complex projects with successful outcomes
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
