Job Summary

A company is looking for a Joint Use Coordinator to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer work order activities including scheduling, procurement, and reconciliation
  • Coordinate workflow between Planning, Engineering, and Drafting functions
  • Monitor project progress and quality of work performed, acting as a contact point for vendors
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Sitetracker and knowledge of permit workflows
  • Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
  • Experience leading complex projects with successful outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
