Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Joint Use Coordinator will manage work order administration activities, including scheduling, material procurement, and workflow coordination between Planning, Engineering, and Drafting functions.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee work order scheduling, material procurement, and milestone date administration
  • Coordinate workflow between various teams and report progress to senior management
  • Issue work assignments, monitor quality, and act as the primary contact for vendors to ensure project completion
Required qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Sitetracker and knowledge of permit workflows
  • Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
  • Proven experience leading complex projects with successful outcomes
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries
