Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Joint Use Coordinator will manage work order administration activities, including scheduling, material procurement, and workflow coordination between Planning, Engineering, and Drafting functions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee work order scheduling, material procurement, and milestone date administration
- Coordinate workflow between various teams and report progress to senior management
- Issue work assignments, monitor quality, and act as the primary contact for vendors to ensure project completion
Required qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Sitetracker and knowledge of permit workflows
- Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
- Proven experience leading complex projects with successful outcomes
- Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries
