Job Summary
Owning the entire permit process from intake to approval, the full-time Joint Use Coordinator will manage telecommunications equipment attachments to third-party poles while working remotely within the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own assigned permits from intake to approval, ensuring all requirements are met and tracking progress to closeout
- Coordinate with engineering, vendors, and pole owners to resolve issues and maintain project timelines
- Keep permit tracking systems updated and maintain accurate billing and vendor records related to assigned projects
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in joint use coordination, telecommunications, or utility permitting
- Hands-on experience with permit tracking systems and pole owner portals
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple permits and maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a dependable team member
- High school diploma or equivalent; AA degree in Engineering is a plus
