Job Summary
Responsible for work order administration activities, the contract Joint Use Coordinator will manage scheduling, material procurement, and workflow coordination remotely while ensuring successful project completion and quality oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee work order scheduling, material procurement, and milestone date administration
- Coordinate workflow between Planning, Engineering, and Drafting functions, reporting progress to senior management
- Act as the primary contact for vendors, resolving issues and ensuring project success
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience with Sitetracker and knowledge of permit workflows
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, strategic projects with successful outcomes
- Experience defining and documenting processes for continuous improvement
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries
