Joint Use QC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Joint Use QC Engineer to work remotely as a Permit/ROW QC Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of pole attachment applications submitted by third-party engineering vendors to ensure compliance with engineering standards
• Verify adherence to utility specifications, National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), and other relevant industry standards
• Maintain detailed documentation of the review process and provide regular reports on application status and compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in quality control, utility joint-use, or engineering review processes
• Strong understanding of joint-use pole attachment standards and utility engineering specifications
• Familiarity with NESC and other industry standards
• Proven ability to manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure quality standards are met
• Experience in maintaining documentation and tracking application submissions
