Joint Use Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Joint Use Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a diverse team, setting expectations and performance metrics for continuous improvement
• Oversee maintenance and development of joint use infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards
• Manage joint use work orders, implement process improvements, and maintain relationships with third-party attachers and vendors

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, splicing, or construction
• Minimum of three years' experience in joint use or Outside Plant (OSP) construction
• Minimum of one year leading teams or contractors
• Working knowledge of National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) standards and local permitting processes
