Joint Venture Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Joint Venture Accounting Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly financial statement packages for joint venture partners
• Coordinate and lead quarterly partner meetings and manage partner communications
• Partner with Tax Department for annual partnership returns and ensure compliance with accounting policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 4-6+ years of experience in an accounting role, with some management experience
• 2-4 years of experience in public accounting or finance within a public company
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and state/federal regulations
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP Accounting Software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
