Job Summary
Supporting a major B2B marketing transformation, the contract Journey Operations Manager will manage day-to-day campaign execution in Adobe Journey Optimizer, oversee the intake process, and coordinate QA across journey builds while working remotely and committing approximately 40 hours per week initially, tapering to 10-15 hours through year-end.
Key responsibilities
- Run day-to-day campaign execution in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including setup, audience targeting, and deployment scheduling
- Own the intake process by briefing, capacity planning, and prioritizing with stakeholders
- Coordinate QA across active journey builds to ensure compliance and content accuracy before deployment
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or program coordination
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise marketing automation platform, preferably Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Experience Platform
- Proven QA and deployment discipline in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, or Teamwork
- Strong communication skills across technical and client-facing teams
