Journeyman Application Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Journeyman Application Developer to provide technical support and application enhancement analysis in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to application incidents, performing troubleshooting and providing customer-facing resolutions
• Document defects within the ServiceNow ITSM environment and escalate complex issues as needed
• Fulfill user requests and communicate with users to guide them through system workflows

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 6-9 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with user interactions and incident response in the ServiceNow platform
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and technical teams
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
• Experience with ITIL-aligned best practices is preferred
