Journeyman NOC Administrator

Job Summary

Monitoring network infrastructure in real time, the full-time Journeyman NOC Administrator will ensure availability and performance while troubleshooting network issues and collaborating with technical teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure to ensure operational stability and performance
• Identify and troubleshoot network issues, escalating incidents as necessary
• Document incidents, changes, and resolutions accurately to maintain comprehensive operational records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Training or practical experience in network operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Fundamental understanding of network management tools and technologies, such as Cisco or SolarWinds
• Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are highly desirable
• Requires an Interim DoD Secret or comparable clearance
