Job Summary
Supporting a high-visibility enterprise program, the full-time salaried Journeyman Procurement Manager will manage procurement and purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating with government partners and internal teams to deliver mission-critical data and analytics solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of procurement and purchasing activities, including Requests to Initiate Purchase (RIPs) and Consent to Purchase (CTPs)
- Coordinate procurement actions for tools, services, and other direct costs (ODCs) required for program operations
- Prepare and submit procurement documentation, including cost estimates, justifications, and approval packages
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related discipline and 4-8 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and 2-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, or Federal procurement regulations
- Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
