Job Summary
Providing quality customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Jr. Corporate Loan Processor will verify documentation for loan underwriting, communicate with clients and team members, and assist in managing the loan pipeline.
Key responsibilities:
- Verify completeness and accuracy of loan applications
- Communicate with Loan Originators to gather necessary documentation for loan qualification
- Review loans for compliance with mortgage-related regulations
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' residential mortgage experience
- Experience with RESPA regulations
- Familiarity with Encompass software
- Understanding of mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including Regulation Z and Regulation B
