Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets prior to underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation
• Communicate with loan officers and customers to obtain necessary documentation for loan qualification

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years' residential mortgage experience
• Experience with RESPA regulations
