Jr. Trainer
Job Summary
Supporting the development and delivery of training for the Elevated Risk Care Management (ERCM) Pilot, the full-time remote Jr. Trainer will assist with training needs assessment, create educational materials, and conduct both instructor-led and web-based training for clinical and operational staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Support assessment of training needs and develop customized training materials for the ERCM Pilot
- Conduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions, adapting content for diverse audiences
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in training or healthcare education
- Understanding of healthcare delivery and clinical workflows
- Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is preferred
- Familiarity with VA suicide prevention programs and processes is a plus
