• Prepare files for review by an Underwriter and ensure compliance with guidelines and legal requirements
• Evaluate loan documents, assess collateral, and verify purchase contract documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with various departments to improve processes

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a mortgage or title environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage a pipeline and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated self-starter with an organized and service-oriented attitude
• Internal applicants must have 6 months of relevant work experience with no recent disciplinary actions
