Job Summary
A company is looking for a Judgment Processor in Florida, USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage files for Motion for Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale
- Follow up with courts on pending actions and provide updates to attorneys
- Prepare and file court pleadings related to Judgments
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, with an Associates degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience and 1+ years of general office experience
- Prior experience in mortgage and legal industry, preferably drafting legal documents
- Proficient in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
