Jumbo Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jumbo Underwriter to validate income, asset, and collateral documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications for risks and compliance with investor requirements
• Calculate qualifying income and analyze various financial documents
• Manage individual pipeline and communicate with loan originators and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• DE, SAR or LAPP certifications, highly preferred
• 3+ years' experience with Jumbo products and Non-Agency loans
• Experience with reviewing residential appraisals and compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
