Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Jumbo Underwriter, the full-time remote position will manage the underwriting process for Jumbo and Non-Agency mortgage loans, ensuring compliance and timely analysis while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence underwriting for Jumbo and Non-Agency mortgage loans, ensuring completeness and compliance
• Manage loan conditions and communicate compensating factors for underwriting exceptions
• Evaluate current loan review processes and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and risk management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage industry experience
• 5+ years of experience in Jumbo and Non-Agency underwriting with complex income analysis
• Expertise in loan origination documentation and automated underwriting systems
• Strong technological proficiency and attention to detail
• Excellent client service and communication skills
