Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Account Associate to support their Ecommerce team and third-party marketplace functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account tasks and client communications, serving as a reliable internal point of contact for 3P partners
• Maintain and update digital dashboards tracking website traffic, lead volume, and conversions while providing data-backed recommendations
• Support the rollout of promotional calendars and advertising investments, executing targeted digital campaigns aligned with sales outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, account management, retail, or data analysis
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable with formulas and data organization
• Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems, such as Amazon, Shopify, or similar 3P platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple promotional calendars simultaneously
