Job Summary
To support a high-energy sales team, the full-time Junior Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with mortgage loan brokers, generate new applications, and assist senior executives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective call scripts and follow-up methods
- Make daily outbound calls to establish new broker accounts and provide updates to senior account executives
- Stay informed about regulatory standards and recommend additional products to enhance the Wholesale Lending Channel
Required qualifications
- Self-starter with a proven ability to generate new business prospects
- Willingness to learn mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
- Proficient with technology and quick to adapt to new software
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship development
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
