Job Summary

To support client management efforts, the full-time Junior Account Executive will maintain client relationships, serve as a liaison between clients and operations, and assist in negotiating work agreements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships and oversees client data accuracy
  • Tracks project timelines, client communication, and participates in business events
  • Conducts regular meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a virtual contact center environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a call/contact center
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications preferred
  • Experience in high-level customer service is required
