Job Summary
To support client management efforts, the full-time Junior Account Executive will maintain client relationships, serve as a liaison between clients and operations, and assist in negotiating work agreements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships and oversees client data accuracy
- Tracks project timelines, client communication, and participates in business events
- Conducts regular meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a virtual contact center environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a call/contact center
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications preferred
- Experience in high-level customer service is required
