Junior Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Account Manager - ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers to build relationships and drive customer satisfaction
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the Access Solution Portfolio
• Support marketing and customer engagement initiatives, including webinars and events

Required Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, preferably in construction or SaaS industries
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
