Junior Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of low-billing accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
• Assist in the seamless transition of approved quotes into formal sales orders and facilitate customer order requests
• Perform regular check-ins with managed accounts and support the sales team with quoting, proposal development, and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• Experience working as part of a technology sales team
• Understanding of managed services including Connectivity, SDWAN, Security, and SASE
• Previous experience in a remote work environment within a complex team
• Ability to develop a comprehensive knowledge of products and solutions in the managed services provider space
• Willingness to grow into a full-cycle Account Director role
