Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Account Manager to support client relationship growth and retention across multiple European markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts and act as the main point of contact
  • Identify upsell opportunities and support renewal processes to enhance account value
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client projects and monitor ongoing activities
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Basic understanding of sales cycles and client relationship building
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
