Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Account Manager to support client relationship growth and retention across multiple European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts and act as the main point of contact
- Identify upsell opportunities and support renewal processes to enhance account value
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client projects and monitor ongoing activities
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Basic understanding of sales cycles and client relationship building
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
