Job Summary

Supporting key business accounts, the remote Junior Account Manager will manage collateral feedback processes, create customer-centric content, and assist in developing presentation materials while collaborating with multiple teams for approximately six months on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the strategic efforts of the POD leader in managing key business accounts
  • Manage the collateral feedback and approval process, coordinating reviews and ensuring sign-off on customer-facing materials
  • Create monthly customer-centric content to update the organization on key metrics and customer information
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Operations or Account Management
  • Proven ability to document, track, and support daily operations of customer programs
  • Experience delivering polished, error-free work
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
