Job Summary
Supporting the Sainsbury's Account, a full-time Junior Account Manager will review work requests, prepare client reports, and manage communications with stakeholders in a remote environment for a 3-month summer internship.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and process work request forms
- Prepare client-facing reports and manage internal & external requests
- Attend client and internal calls, capturing actions and ensuring stakeholder alignment
Required qualifications:
- Entry-level experience in client services or account management
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting
- Ability to manage communications via email and Teams
- Strong organizational skills for handling multiple requests
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
