Junior Account Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Sainsbury's Account, a full-time Junior Account Manager will review work requests, prepare client reports, and manage communications with stakeholders in a remote environment for a 3-month summer internship.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and process work request forms
• Prepare client-facing reports and manage internal & external requests
• Attend client and internal calls, capturing actions and ensuring stakeholder alignment

Required qualifications:

• Entry-level experience in client services or account management
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting
• Ability to manage communications via email and Teams
• Strong organizational skills for handling multiple requests
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
