Job Summary

To support sales efforts and expand the client base, the remote Junior Account Manager will manage relationships with partners in the travel industry, collaborate with the sales team, and provide training and support to enhance partner performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory
  • Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners to increase their performance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in account or customer management, or business development in B2B travel
  • Understanding of the region's travel market, including B2B travel networks
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is an asset, with additional languages being a plus
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making and metrics analysis
  • Proactive, ambitious, and results-focused with an international mindset
