Junior Account Manager
Job Summary
Collaborating closely with multiple teams, the remote Junior Account Manager will support marketing efforts, manage collateral feedback processes, and create customer-centric content while working on a contract basis for approximately 6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Support the strategic efforts of the POD leader in managing key business accounts
- Manage the collateral feedback and approval process, ensuring all customer-facing materials receive required sign-off
- Create monthly customer-centric content to update the organization on key metrics and customer information
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Operations or Account Management
- Proven ability to document, track, and support daily operations of customer programs
- Experience delivering polished, error-free work
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
