Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Account Manager Support Specialist for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in decision-making based on contract requirements to achieve KPIs

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • United States Citizenship
  • Ability to work variable shifts and occasional overtime
