Junior Accountant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Accountant to join their innovative team in a remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing processes
- Perform general ledger entries and maintain financial reporting
- Utilize accounting software and Excel for data analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or 4 years of functional experience in lieu of a degree
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and the accounting cycle
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Great Plains, or SAP
- Clean credit history as reported by credit report
