Junior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Accountant to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily cash records and reconcile bank and credit card transactions
• Partner with AP and AR teams to manage non-hauler invoices and support month-end cash reconciliation processes
• Prepare and post journal entries and assist with financial reporting and ad hoc analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis functions
• Experience using accounting systems or ERP platforms
• 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience is preferred
