Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Accountant (US Staffing) to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Track all payments, expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, and statements
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Prepare analysis of accounts and produce monthly reports while maintaining historical records accurately

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-3 years of prior accounts payable/receivables experience
• Degree in accounting preferred
• Professional demeanor
• Experience with QuickBooks is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
