Junior Accountant

Job Summary

Supporting daily accounting operations, the full-time remote Junior Accountant will process customer invoices, vendor bills, and credit card transactions while collaborating with the Finance Manager and Accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer invoices, vendor bills, and credit card transactions using Salesforce and QuickBooks Online
• Perform general accounting duties, including account maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliation of books of accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and support the Finance Manager with ad hoc reporting and analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience in a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with QuickBooks Online
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
